Summary
👤
SeniorNoah Daniels is an Analytics Engineer with 14 years of experience applying data engineering, statistical modeling, and product analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. He has restructured data models and led reverse-ETL initiatives that reduced ticket resolution time by ~30% and helped make policy renewals a top revenue driver. Comfortable across Python, SQL, DBT, Snowflake/Redshift and the major clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure), he blends hands-on ETL/warehouse work with productionized ML and survival analysis for real-world decisions. Past roles span startups to enterprise teams at Nike and Kaggle, where he engineered high-impact ETL pipelines and GDPR-compliant public datasets. He advocates for ethical data usage and governance while enabling non-technical stakeholders with transparent models and self-serve data products. Outside work he experiments with Raspberry Pi home servers, game development in Unreal Engine 5, and adapting LLMs as co-DMs for tabletop games—demonstrating a tinkerer’s curiosity that informs pragmatic engineering.
