Weatherization Crew Leader

Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolNoah Hall is a pragmatic technologist and community-focused leader with 12 years of experience building web products and leading hands-on weatherization efforts in Asheville, NC. He spent a decade as an independent software consultant specializing in full‑stack development (notably Django) and custom WordPress tooling before moving into coordinating volunteer-driven energy efficiency projects. As Weatherization Crew Leader he combines technical assessment skills—blower door testing and minor repair—with volunteer instruction and project coordination. Comfortable bridging code, ops, and fieldwork, he brings both product-thinking and practical, get-it-done experience to small teams and grassroots initiatives. Known for a “leave it better than you found it” ethic and a down-to-earth leadership style (and proudly “dad as hell”), he blends hands-on mentoring with technical craftsmanship.
