Senior🎓
Top SchoolNoah Peller is a software engineer with nine years of experience building scalable web applications, currently contributing to Figma after a multi-year tenure at Clutter where he rose to Staff Software Engineer. He works across the full stack—Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, internal libraries, infrastructure, and data engineering—bridging product, growth, and technical execution. Noah is particularly skilled at designing intuitive UIs for complex workflows while prioritizing business impact, having focused on Growth teams to drive measurable outcomes. Based in Portland, he combines pragmatic engineering with a habit of owning cross-cutting problems, from front-end UX to backend data pipelines. An unusual thread in his background is hands-on operational leadership early in his career (head route setter), which informs his collaborative, systems-minded approach to building reliable products.
