Senior🎓
Top SchoolNoam Rubin is a CEO-founder and full-stack engineer with eight years of experience building product-first startups at the intersection of music, wellbeing, and blockchain. Based in Berlin, he launched ohr, a music streaming platform designed to fairly monetize DJs and producers while leveraging network effects to benefit the community. His background spans rapid MVP development and blockchain R&D at allygatr, full-stack work in health-tech at Wellsome, and earlier neuroimaging research at UMC Utrecht, bringing a rare mix of technical depth and data-driven rigor. Trained in web development, Solidity and Rust/Solana through intensive bootcamps, he combines hands-on engineering with product leadership and a strong empathy for users. He’s passionate about human connection and creative fairness—values that shape both his product vision and team culture. An atypical founder, he leverages neuroscience experience to inform user-centered design and system thinking.
