Top SchoolNoam Seroussi is a project manager with 11 years of professional experience, currently leading initiatives at ECO-OS from Tel Aviv. He combines a humanities background (BA) with an MA in Natural Resources Management and Policy, focusing on energy policy and management to bridge policy, stakeholders, and technical implementation. His multidisciplinary education and history training give him a knack for contextual analysis and clear communication across diverse teams. At ECO-OS he applies this blend to environmental and energy projects, translating policy frameworks into actionable project plans. Though not active on GitHub, his profile suggests a pragmatic, research-informed approach rather than a code-first background. He brings strategic thinking and stakeholder diplomacy to complex sustainability programs.
