Senior🎓
Top SchoolNoel Jackson is a seasoned product and engineering leader with over two decades of web development experience and 11 years in formal industry roles, currently serving as CEO of Sonica and Product Engineering BV from Amsterdam. He builds artist-forward platforms (creator and sole developer of Sonica) and is now focused on improving developer workflows with Codespace.sh, blending deep hands-on engineering with product vision. Previously as CTO and VP Product & Platform at @hotel he scaled platforms from zero to multimillion-dollar run rates, led a GitOps transformation, and implemented test and observability practices that saved millions and boosted velocity. Noel’s background spans design-led roles—from UX at WordPress.com to directing development with Jeffrey Zeldman—giving him a rare combination of product design sensitivity and infrastructure-level execution. He’s as comfortable shipping front-end experiences as architecting CI/CD, Terraform-driven ops, and AI-powered tooling that tangibly improve team productivity.
