Top SchoolNoel Markham is a Senior Engineering Manager based in the UK with over a decade of hands-on experience evolving into leadership roles across startups and scale-ups, including 47 Degrees, Depop, Habito and now Xebia. He blends deep engineering roots—having shipped server and backend systems since his early career at UBS and Playfish—with pragmatic team leadership, coaching engineers through acquisition-driven transitions. Known for stepping up from lead engineer to manager during 47 Degrees' integration into Xebia, he excels at aligning technical strategy with delivery in fast-changing environments.
