Top SchoolNoha Hazaa is a Principal Software Engineer and Cloud & Platform Architect with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and operating event-driven, cloud-native backend platforms that power business-critical workloads at scale. She has led complex monolith-to-microservices migrations, built real-time data exchange and big-data pipelines, and executed multi-cloud Kubernetes modernisations that measurably improved scalability and reduced costs. Comfortable from strategy to code, she embeds CI/CD, IaC, observability, and DevOps culture to deliver resilient, cost-efficient systems under strict compliance and SLA constraints. Her background spans high-throughput environments—from Booking.com analytics to media analysis and regulated pensions—bringing a pragmatic mix of performance engineering, domain-driven design and mentoring that raises team capability. Notably, she combines deep Java/Kotlin backend expertise with cross-cloud Terraform/Terragrunt and Kafka-based streaming experience, enabling organisations to turn complex event architectures into reliable, production-ready platforms.
