Top SchoolNoman Syed is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Germany with about a decade of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack. He leads agile teams to deliver micro-frontend and microservice solutions using React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js and AWS, and has a track record of measurable impact—improving performance by up to 40%, boosting scalability by 60%, and cutting costs by over $200K annually. His background spans productizing shared platform components at Condé Nast (ONE NAV, ONE COVER) to shipping driver and consumer apps, and he regularly introduces developer experience improvements like private NPM packages, design-system work, and CI/CD automation. Comfortable operating end-to-end from architecture to production rollout, he also brings people leadership—creating teams, sprint processes, and growth routines that raised productivity and reduced cycle time. An EU Blue Card holder, he’s immediately available for roles in Germany or remote work and quietly experiments with LLM tools and prompt engineering to augment developer workflows.
