Top SchoolNorbert Bartko is a software engineer with nine years of experience specializing in full-stack TypeScript development, notably with Angular, Firebase and PostgreSQL. He has driven modernizations from monolithic IIS hosting to Dockerized microservices, built UI component libraries for Blazor, and delivered Angular apps for both internal operations and external users. His background includes hands-on roles at Nielsen and Xact Düsseldorf, where he automated container builds and migrated databases, reflecting strong DevOps and system-architecture instincts beyond front-end skills. Based in Heiligenhaus, Germany, he combines a Wirtschaftsinformatik education with practical dual-study experience to bridge business needs and technical execution. Colleagues would note his knack for packaging complex telephony and data-capture logic into user-friendly Angular interfaces.
