Top SchoolNorbert Dopjera is a Senior Software Engineer with six years of experience building data streaming and backend systems, currently working at DiusAi after a recent tenure at Kiwi.com. Trained at Masaryk University, he moved from C++ outsourcing projects into Java-based financial systems and then to data engineering, giving him a rare blend of low-level performance awareness and cloud-native data pipeline expertise. He focuses on pragmatic solutions to complex distributed problems and enjoys mentoring peers to navigate fast-changing technologies. Based in Central Moravia, he pairs persistence from academic rigor with hands-on delivery, often bridging the gap between research-informed approaches and production constraints.
