Senior🎓
Top SchoolNordès Ménard-lamarre is a seasoned software architecture leader with over two decades in IT and a decade in senior roles, currently heading User Management architecture for Bell Media. He blends hands-on .NET/C# engineering with strategic solution architecture, having led teams and products across Canada, Europe, and Japan for organizations such as Bell, Konica Minolta, Intact and Cdiscount. Known for translating customer needs into full product lifecycles, he repeatedly drives cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations—most recently in IoT and 5G services. A pragmatic futurist, he prioritizes continuous learning and technology refreshes to position teams for scale and resilience. Less obvious: his career spans deep database and DBA experience alongside cloud and edge-focused innovation, giving him a rare mix of system-level detail and product-first leadership.
