Top SchoolNuno Chaves is an experienced IT development director based in Lisbon with 11 years in software engineering and a strong track record leading teams, projects and DevOps initiatives for finance and social platforms. He architects and implements end-to-end solutions—databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), backend services in PHP/C# and CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GitHub Actions and AWS/DigitalOcean—while also driving data warehouse and reporting projects that inform executive decisions. At SERVDEBT he leads the non-performing loans platform and analytics efforts, blending domain knowledge with hands-on development and administration. He has repeatedly taken hands-on ownership of infrastructure and delivery—from server management to PowerBI-enabled reporting—helping translate operational data into business value. Colleagues know him as a pragmatic leader who balances technical depth with client-focused project management and team development. He pairs formal training in data warehousing and .NET with a long history of shipping production systems across startups and SMBs.
