Top SchoolNuno Costa is a pragmatic technology leader and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building web and blockchain products from prototype to production. As Co-Founder and Lead Developer of Corrupted Pigs and CTO roles at e-maktab and ThEndorSemenT, he blends hands-on Ruby on Rails backend expertise with modern frontend stacks like Next.js, Tailwind and Hotwire to deliver reliable, user-focused SaaS and games. He has led migrations, multi-tenant architectures, payment integrations and observability improvements, reducing operational overhead and improving platform reliability. Nuno’s background spans public sector projects (COVID contact tracing) to startups and productised services for property and education, showing an ability to adapt to regulated and commercial environments. He’s comfortable designing resilient integrations—adding rate limiting and circuit breakers for third‑party APIs—and prefers pragmatic engineering trade-offs that ship. Based in England with an engineering degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, he pairs entrepreneurial drive with a strong emphasis on maintainability and measurable impact.
