Senior🎓
Top SchoolNuno Silva is a Senior Backend Engineer based in Portugal with 12 years of experience designing and operating cloud-native, microservices and event-driven systems. He has progressed from hands-on mobile and embedded communication stacks to shaping architecture and DevOps practices for national-scale projects that serve millions of users. At Axians and Novabase he combined hands-on Spring Boot/.NET Core development with Azure/AWS cloud administration, CI/CD ownership and team mentoring, emerging as a de facto software architect. Currently at Quix he continues to focus on backend resilience, scalable deployments and cross-team technical leadership. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic architecture choices and for onboarding junior engineers into complex delivery environments. Outside the obvious tech stack, he brings practical experience integrating proprietary hardware and BLE communications into enterprise platforms.
