Top SchoolOana Șipoș is a Senior R&D Academy Program Manager with 11 years of experience building bridges between technology and education. Based in Cluj-Napoca, she blends hands-on web development (Ruby/Rails, React) and technical writing with instructional design, creating learning experiences for teachers and young learners. A community builder and co-founder of Women in Tech Cluj, she organizes large-scale events like JSHeroes and has coordinated RailsGirls editions and Code Week initiatives to broaden digital literacy. At Snyk and previously Fortech and UnifiedPost she translated developer needs into impactful programs and products, while also teaching programming to children and training soft skills across Europe. Curious about tech philosophy, she combines product-minded rigor with a genuine drive to connect people and turn local problems into scalable learning opportunities.
