Top SchoolOksana Kurysheva is an IT product and project manager with 11 years of hands-on experience building B2B products and large IT systems for businesses and government, now leading VMmanager projects at ISPsystem. She has taken products from concept to international adoption—growing a workflow management product to tens of thousands of business users across multiple countries and driving e-Gov systems used daily by thousands. Skilled at bridging technical architecture, product strategy, and customer-facing presales, she routinely authors technical docs, designs APIs and CJMs, and manages teams of up to 20 people. Oksana is also experienced in community-building around open source: organizing conferences, coordinating translations into 30 languages, and turning community contributions into product growth. Her background in software and hardware engineering with technical translation fluency gives her an uncommon ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, monetizable product roadmaps.
