Summary
🤩
RockstarOlaf Conijn is a pragmatic full-stack solution architect and developer with over 15 years building software and more than a decade coaching teams and shaping architectures, now focused on AWS serverless and mobile platforms. He blends a Microsoft heritage (including work on Enterprise Library and Windows mobile apps) with recent fintech and cloud-native experience, delivering pragmatic, goal-oriented solutions for teams of up to 10 developers. At Rabobank he helped scale mobile banking for millions of users, and at Moneyou and Stedi he shifted that expertise into modern, serverless fintech services. He values engineering cultures that prioritize continuous improvement and simplicity, and brings hands-on experience from both product ownership and technical leadership. Notably, his career spans consumer-facing mobile apps, banking-grade security journeys, and cloud-native backends—demonstrating comfort across front-end, API design, and service orientation.
