Top SchoolOlaf Sulich is a product-minded Senior Frontend Engineer with 7 years of experience building user-focused web applications from startup to scale. He has driven major frontend initiatives at Allegro—improving SEO and Core Web Vitals, architecting a design system, and helping scale a C2C marketplace to 600M PLN GMV—while also optimizing cloud costs and deployment workflows. At AppUnite and Wire he led platform efforts, hired and mentored many engineers, and shipped rich features like a Slack-style rich text editor and secure document integration. Now at Housecall Pro, he continues to blend design sensibility with deep technical craft to create intuitive, performant interfaces. Colocated in Toruń, Poland, Olaf pairs hands-on coding with system-level thinking and a knack for removing onboarding and process bottlenecks that accelerate team delivery.
