Top SchoolOlav Strawe is a serial founder and technology leader with over 30 years' experience in telecommunications, voice systems and customer service automation, currently building VIER into Europe’s leading contact-driven business workflow platform. He blends deep product and operational expertise—having led companies like 4Com and published TeleTalk—with hands-on engineering sensibilities as a full-stack developer and operator of secure, distributed cloud infrastructure across multiple countries. His teams ship patented AI-driven language and emotion analysis used by telcos, energy, finance and logistics clients, reflecting a pragmatic focus on control, security and long-term business viability rather than hype. Outside tech he co-founded Woodfour Brewing, applying craft and local-sourcing principles from brewing to building sustainable businesses.
