Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolOle Kristensen is a multidisciplinary software artist and founder with 15 years of experience blending creative coding, interactive electronics, and design-driven product work from Copenhagen. As Founder and Director of Den Frie Vilje and a Design Technologist at major Danish broadcasters, he pairs hands-on development with a strong usability and visual-art sensibility. His practice spans interactive installations, performance technology, and production-grade design systems, reflecting long-term collaborations with cultural institutions and media companies. Ole’s background as both an educator and practitioner—running solo studio work since 2006 and affiliating with creative studios like Illutron—gives him a rare fluency across concept, craft, and delivery. He is equally comfortable soldering physical interfaces as writing software, often bringing "mad science" experimental techniques into pragmatic media projects.
