Senior🎓
Top SchoolOleg Klimakov is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience specializing in frontend engineering and cross-platform mobile development, currently based in Helsinki. He excels in Angular and TypeScript, having led a full migration from a hybrid app to a native Angular codebase and refactored critical authentication flows at Siemens Healthineers. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs Node.js/NestJS backend knowledge with Capacitor and React Native for mobile, and has driven platform upgrades (Capacitor 4→5) and AppDex improvements. Previously he restructured large frontend projects, established style guides, and mentored teams at Enel X and Delivery Club, emphasizing testable, high-coverage code. Recognized internally as a Varian Value Champion for taking bold ownership, he blends pragmatic leadership with hands-on delivery. Not obvious from titles: he often combines performance-minded decorators and tooling tweaks with UX-driven refactors to reduce bugs and improve maintainability.
