Top SchoolOleg Konoplyan is a Principal Engineer with 11+ years building large-scale data platforms and real-time distributed systems across MarTech and AdTech. He led core engineering at mParticle (now part of Rokt), designing a CDP that manages over a billion profiles and half a trillion monthly events, and recently launched a composable, warehouse-native CDP that enables zero-copy and hybrid audiences with sub-second activation. His expertise spans cloud architecture, stream processing, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and SQL pushdown optimizations across Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery and Databricks. Oleg combines hands-on systems design with product vision—taking projects from architecture and MVP to GA—and has a track record of reducing integration friction by avoiding new data silos, SDKs, or long ETL cycles. Based in Boca Raton, he brings uncommon depth in both batch and streaming identity graphs and real-time activation for ad targeting and attribution.
