Senior🎓
Top SchoolOleg P is a Full Stack Engineer with 8–9 years of experience specializing in building scalable web and AI-powered products, currently leading development of Ulla, an AI corporate assistant he created solo before growing it into a team effort. He combines backend expertise in Python/FastAPI with modern front-end work in Next.js/React and practical ops skills—optimizing CI/CD to cut deploy times from 30+ minutes to under 2 minutes and standing up Prometheus/Grafana monitoring that shrank incident response from days to hours. At OpenWeather he shipped an AI chatbot that cut support workload by 2–4x and authored pydantic-settings-export, a small-but-widely-used open-source library across his org. His side projects include popular Raycast extensions (18K+ downloads) and Figma plugins, showing a knack for developer tooling and UX-adjacent work beyond core services. Based in Batumi, Georgia, he has a track record of end-to-end delivery—from prototyping to production—and a pattern of automating repetitive work to scale small teams effectively.
