Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolOleh C is a Senior Ruby Developer with three years of hands-on experience building and leading cloud and infrastructure-focused web applications, primarily using Ruby on Rails and increasingly Go for microservices. He has tech-led projects from initial requirements and architecture through CI/CD, Docker Swarm deployments, and ISO 27001-aligned security practices, while maintaining strong TDD discipline (800+ unit tests, ~80% coverage). Comfortable across the stack, he has modernized legacy systems, integrated complex third-party APIs, and implemented monitoring and agent encryption for infrastructure platforms. A product-minded problem solver and mentor, he also authors technical articles and builds bespoke Go tools for large-data parsing—an indication of a propeller-head curiosity that drives practical engineering improvements.
