Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolOleh Halenok is a seasoned Software Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience designing and building cloud-native microservices, primarily in Golang, across startups and enterprise environments. He specializes in reliable, self-healing, HA/FT distributed systems and has deep operational expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, service mesh (Istio/Traefik), and observability stacks like Prometheus and ELK. His background spans major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) and messaging/storage technologies including RabbitMQ, AMQP, MongoDB, and S3/Blob storage, enabling end-to-end backend ownership from infra-as-code to production monitoring. Comfortable in both DevOps and pure engineering roles, he brings a pragmatic systems mindset rooted in a long history of infrastructure work dating back to early ISP and enterprise sysadmin roles. Based in Lviv, Ukraine, he blends low-level operational experience with modern Go microservice architecture to reliably ship distributed systems at scale. An understated strength is his continuity across the stack—he often bridges gaps between platform, deployment automation, and application code to reduce production surprises.
