Top SchoolOleh Lustenko is a Frontend Architect and Principal Software Engineer with over a decade of experience designing scalable web platforms and leading global engineering teams. He has driven large migrations—from monoliths to micro-frontends and from legacy Rails apps to Next.js with RSC—while establishing architecture practices like DDD, Clean Architecture, ADR/RFC and quality gates across distributed teams. A seasoned people leader and teacher, he builds R&D and feature teams, runs technical education programs, and regularly speaks to the JavaScript community. Practically minded, he pairs hands-on coding and platform optimizations with deployment expertise across AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform to ensure smooth traffic switches and OAuth2 transitions. Based in Kharkiv, Ukraine, he balances deep technical stewardship with an emphasis on developer growth and repeatable processes that scale. Notably, he brings a background in electromechanics, giving him a systems-oriented perspective on complex domain problems.
