Top SchoolOleksandr Andryeyev is a technical lead and senior system specification engineer with a decade of experience and 4+ years at Nokia, where he now guides architecture and specification for 5G/6G radio resource management and baseband pooling. He combines deep academic rigor—a PhD and extensive research on aerial base station simulation and SDR experiments—with hands-on industry troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and patent-oriented design. At Nokia he leads cross-functional teams, shapes technical direction for PDCCH/PUCCH/RACH and U/C-plane features, and is recognized for customer-facing E2E troubleshooting. Comfortable in both low-level embedded C and high-level system architecture, he blends signal-processing, optimization, and ML-informed approaches from his research background into practical network solutions. Based in Ulm, Germany, he has a track record of turning complex telecom protocols into producible specifications and resilient system designs.
