Top SchoolOleksandr Boiko is a Sr Staff Software Engineer with 14+ years building enterprise web applications, currently shaping process mining and analytics platforms at ServiceNow from Amsterdam. He blends deep frontend expertise—TypeScript, React, Lit, MicroFrontends—and strong backend knowledge (Java, NodeJS, CQRS) to turn complex data into intuitive, maintainable UIs. A pragmatic coach and mentor, he drives adoption of type safety and modern workflows, having introduced FlowJS and in-house developer tooling earlier in his career. He has a track record of leading migrations from Java web apps to single-page apps and creating reusable component libraries that scale across teams. Notably, he pairs hands-on implementation with developer enablement—streamlining build/deploy processes and improving testability across large codebases.
