Top SchoolOleksandr Leushchenko is an Engineering Manager based in Kharkiv with 12 years of experience leading cross-platform mobile teams and shaping mobile engineering practices. He moved from hands-on cross-platform development (Xamarin, Flutter, C++) into leadership roles where he built competence programs, quality standards, and platform-wide architecture at Ciklum and Tide. At Tide he progressed from Senior Staff Engineer to Engineering Manager, driving architecture, mentorship, and process improvements for complex systems. A pragmatic technologist, he still contributes to native mobile projects—his work on the ARKit Flutter plugin added iOS-native AR features like plane detection and body/image tracking. He brings a rare blend of deep mobile platform knowledge, organizational design experience, and a background in geoinformatics that informs system-level thinking. Colleagues know him for turning research into production-ready mobile solutions while coaching teams to raise engineering bar.
