Top SchoolOleksii Demedetskyi is an iOS tech lead with 13 years of experience designing architecture and turning product needs into high-value mobile solutions. He has led and mentored teams across Ukraine and for international clients, shaping engineering practices and CI workflows from his early work introducing Jenkins to later roles as Mobile Architect at DraftKings and iOS Tech Lead at JatApp. Known as a semantic-oriented programmer, he blends rigorous architecture development with business value analysis to prioritize features that move metrics. He has a strong mentoring record—building teams, enforcing code quality, and propagating modern practices across multiple organizations.
