Top SchoolOleksii Sylichenko is a pragmatic desktop software creator and technical writer with nine years of engineering experience, now focused on building practical Windows utilities like OneKey Layout Switcher. He combines low-level input handling, packaging, and Store distribution with a history of full-stack Java development—from SQL and Hibernate to Spring-backed web UIs—gained at Softengi and earlier firms. Oleksii emphasizes simplicity and usability, turning technical complexity into small, reliable tools and clear developer-facing documentation. Beyond software, he pursues scientific curiosity in physics and quantum mechanics, which informs his systems-thinking approach to engineering problems.
