Top SchoolOleksii Volkov is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience crafting B2B products, primarily in healthcare and video-device SaaS domains. He excels at turning complex requirements into maintainable architecture and clean code, having led migrations from Vue 2 to Vue 3 and AngularJS to Angular 2+ while improving CI and test performance. Oleksii architected a configuration-driven rendering engine that powers personalized patient onboarding, dynamic HTML notifications, and a visual PDF document builder, and implemented an event-driven UI that slashed UI test times from minutes to seconds. His full-stack skill set spans TypeScript, Vue, Angular, NestJS, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and cloud-native tooling like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Based in Ukraine, he pairs hands-on development and mentorship with cross-team coordination to deliver high-availability systems for regulated industries. A self-described "human turned into software engineer," he brings curiosity and pragmatic problem-solving to both legacy migrations and modern architectures.
