Top SchoolOleksiy Ostapenko is an experienced front-end developer and web designer with 11 years of professional experience building performant, accessible UIs using JavaScript, Angular, React and modern HTML/CSS. He has a strong track record delivering document management and ERP web interfaces as well as bespoke WordPress themes and plugins for clients across Germany. Oleksiy combines technical implementation with visual design skills—regularly producing templates, graphics and optimized assets with Adobe tools—to improve usability, load times and technical SEO. His background ranges from enterprise Angular/PrimeNG applications to lightweight CMS-driven sites, and he routinely applies unit testing and Next.js for modern full-stack projects. Based in Wiesbaden, he blends consultancy and in-house roles, helping stakeholders from concept to launch while continuously updating his toolkit. A subtle strength is his long-standing practice of converting design assets into production-ready code, dating back to PSD-to-HTML work that honed his attention to detail.
