Top SchoolOlga Szczepankiewicz is a developer and regional development specialist with nine years of experience bridging life sciences, education and tech recruitment in southern Sweden. With a PhD in biophysical chemistry and recent training in iOS/Android development and AI, she combines deep scientific rigor with practical programming curiosity—often experimenting with hobby projects and community teaching. She leads MatchIT at Region Skåne, designing intensive Java/Python training and internship pathways to convert academic newcomers into industry-ready developers. As a connector and headhunter at 6Degrees, Olga leverages exceptional people skills and extensive informal networks to place R&D and software specialists where they can grow. Active in community initiatives like Pink Programming, CoderDojo and Lunds BoIS, she has a proven knack for opening doors for underrepresented talent and turning grassroots energy into measurable recruitment outcomes. Notably, her background in protein aggregation research gives her a rare ability to translate complex technical problems into human-centered solutions.
