Top SchoolOliver Karstoft is a Tech Lead for Developer Platform with 11 years of hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native delivery systems. He specializes in automating CI/CD with GitHub Actions and CircleCI, managing GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes, and authoring internal tooling in Golang and Bash to streamline developer workflows. At BESTSELLER he progressed from system engineer to platform lead, combining platform ownership with developer enablement, observability (Datadog) and GitOps deployments via FluxCD. Comfortable both leading rollout meetings and diving into third-line support, he brings a practical, service-oriented mindset shaped by earlier operations and customer-facing roles. Colleagues rely on him to translate platform capabilities into clear developer practices that reduce friction and increase deployment velocity.
