Top SchoolOliver Papst is a software consultant and experimental nuclear physicist with 11 years of experience applying advanced data analysis, DAQ systems, and tailored software to photonuclear experiments at international accelerator facilities. As a postdoc-turned-research scientist at TU Darmstadt he led development of analysis pipelines and acquisition tools for gamma-ray beam experiments, bridging physics research and production-grade engineering. Now at TNG Technology Consulting, he brings scientific rigor to software consulting, translating complex experimental requirements into robust, maintainable systems. His background combines a doctorate-level understanding of nuclear photonics with hands-on software development dating back to early junior roles, giving him fluency across research, tooling, and applied engineering. Colleagues value his ability to turn noisy experimental data into actionable insights and reproducible software workflows.
