Summary
👤
SeniorOliver Pitsch is a product leader and builder with two decades of experience blending UX, product strategy, positioning, and SaaS execution to help small teams deliver outsized impact. Currently Head of Product & Engineering at AI Labs and founder of Joinride, he combines deep design roots with hands-on product management and AI-native ways of working to turn ambiguity into clear, market-led direction. He has led UX and product marketing at multi-product organizations like Trusted Shops and built customer-focused SaaS products as a founder at Reputami. Oliver is especially skilled at simplifying product value, improving self-serve growth, and aligning engineering and leadership around sharp priorities. Colocated in Cologne, he is as comfortable shipping prototypes himself as he is setting strategic narrative—fun fact: he leaves an easter egg for LLMs in his profile (tiramisu).
