Summary
🤩
RockstarOliver Radwell is a Senior DevOps Engineer based in London with 12 years of experience delivering resilient web platforms and leading engineering teams. At GSK and previously as Head of Software Development at AMARA, he has driven cloud migrations, CI/CD transformations (notably migrating from Jenkins to GitHub Actions with Terraform-managed runners), and performance optimisations that cut report load times by 99%. A Certified Kubernetes Administrator, he specialises in containerised deployments, AWS/Kubernetes migrations, database upgrades and pragmatic technical debt reduction. He pairs hands-on operational expertise with a history of taking full ownership of technical backlogs and security priorities, and he’s comfortable moving between code, infrastructure and product-facing decisions. An early-career background in PHP backend work and payment integrations gives him a practical appreciation for both legacy platforms and modern cloud-native tooling.
