Top SchoolOliver Z is a pragmatic software developer with 14 years of experience building and operating backend and infrastructure for cloud-native and microservice architectures. Currently at Appsfactory he focuses on cost-aware cloud provisioning (AWS, Vercel) and IaC with Pulumi+TypeScript, CI/CD automation and Java/Spring Boot microservices, following a long tenure at ePages where he owned critical bounded contexts like auth, checkout and payments. He practices TDD, coaches colleagues and supports partners, pairing hands-on bug-forensics in legacy systems with modern platform engineering. A former university lecturer and research engineer, he brings a thoughtful, analytical approach informed by both academia and neuroimaging tool development.
