Top SchoolOlivia Macdougal is a Senior Product Manager with 10 years of experience building data-driven SaaS products from sensor and security tooling to analytics and planning platforms. A Tufts computer science graduate based in Boulder, she blends technical fluency with strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams through discovery, roadmap definition, and go-to-market execution. At companies like VMware Carbon Black, Pendo, and Vareto she launched mission-critical features—owning roadmaps for macOS sensors, an Audit & Remediation product, and a widely adopted Product Engagement Score metric. Now at Workday, she continues to scale product impact in enterprise settings, bringing a tester-developer mentality honed through early full-stack and instructional roles. Colleagues describe her as a creative problem-solver who pairs analytic rigor with a knack for making complex products feel simple.
