Top SchoolOlivier Bregeras is a Technical Architect with 16 years of hands-on experience designing cloud-native, microservices architectures and leading distributed engineering teams across Asia. He excels at translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions, driving digital transformation and Agile/DevOps practices in financial and fast-growth companies such as Reinsurance Group of America, Manulife IM, and Standard Chartered. A former CTO and startup leader, he has modernized toolchains, introduced serverless and container strategies, and pushed teams to adopt data-driven practices and continuous delivery. Based in Hong Kong, he combines deep backend expertise (Go, gRPC, Docker, MongoDB) with a talent for stakeholder communication and regional process adaptation. Less obvious: he pairs enterprise governance experience with a hands-on habit of building code generators and tooling that speed service delivery and developer onboarding.
