👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolOlivier Gérardin is a seasoned Solution Architect and Java/cloud specialist with over 25 years of experience designing distributed, containerized and cloud-native systems across finance and public sectors. He blends deep hands‑on engineering (Java/Spring, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka, MongoDB) with program-level leadership—driving architecture transformations, migrations to Confluent Cloud and MongoDB Atlas, and DevOps modernization. A Certified Scrum Master and long-time Agile practitioner, he pairs coaching, training and hiring responsibilities with high-value technical interventions and pre-sales support. Olivier is also an author and frequent speaker—publishing on GWT and Go—which reflects his talent for clear technical writing in both French and English. Notably, he has led complete decommissioning of legacy on‑prem platforms into resilient microservices under tight constraints, while maintaining developer enablement and documentation. Based in Luxembourg, he excels at translating complex technical choices into pragmatic, stakeholder-friendly roadmaps.
