Top SchoolOlivier Lavoie is a Senior Engineer based in Montreal with 12 years of experience blending telecom RF expertise and DevOps engineering at TELUS. He designs and operates customized Atlassian CI/CD tooling and builds automation that empowers teams to adopt better Agile, DevOps, and performance engineering practices. His work spans performance data pipelines and observability (Splunk, Python, ML/data science) as well as front-end integrations (HTML/JavaScript) and platform customization like ActixOne. Earlier roles in wireless design and RF performance give him uncommon depth in both network-layer diagnostics and software automation. He also codes in Swift for iOS as a pragmatic problem-solver—“throw some code at it”—bringing mobile development instincts to cross-disciplinary engineering problems. Known for translating complex telecom requirements into practical, auditable systems, he focuses on measurable efficiency gains for large engineering organizations.
