Top SchoolOlivier Staquet is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO with 15+ years of experience scaling SaaS and healthcare products through a blend of strategic vision and hands-on engineering. He has led cross-border product and engineering organizations, managed P&L responsibilities, and driven multiple M&A integrations—most recently building Gabi SmartCare’s remote pediatric monitoring platform through acquisition and now reducing administrative burden in healthcare as Medispring’s CTO. Comfortable switching between code, architecture and C-level strategy, he has grown teams from individual contributors to structured R&D units while keeping product-market fit central. A human-centric mentor, Olivier prioritizes empowerment, clear communication and a culture of automation and incremental innovation. His background combines deep technical roots in distributed systems and open-source infrastructure with executive education in management and big data, enabling practical data-driven transformation. Based in Belgium, he brings a rare mix of operational grit and board-level experience that helps companies transition to their next phase of growth.
