Top SchoolOluwatobi Ishola is a Senior Software and Cloud Engineer with 8+ years building scalable backend systems, distributed architectures, and cloud-native platforms across SaaS and fintech. He currently leads a squad at Innoscripta, driving enterprise automation and workflow infrastructure for thousands of users and spearheading GDPR-safe data lifecycle systems that mitigated significant regulatory risk. His hands-on improvements to a 19-microservice architecture boosted availability and cut p95 API latency from 2.4s to 480ms while automating workflows that saved over 1,600 staff-hours per quarter. Previously he expanded global payments reach by integrating 10+ financial providers and raised fraud detection accuracy by 90% at Blaaiz, and earlier roles show deep expertise in Laravel, Go, AWS, and DevOps practices. He’s passionate about developer productivity—introducing CI/CD and test suites that slashed regressions—and mentors engineers through workshops and community leadership. Notably, he blends practical engineering with regulatory and operational thinking, designing systems that balance performance, compliance, and business impact.
