Top SchoolOm Shankar is a Technical Lead software engineer with 11+ years building high-performance web platforms, privacy-safe client-side SDKs, and ad ecosystems at companies including LinkedIn and Google. He was a founding engineer for LinkedIn Learning’s web app and authored LinkedIn’s InsightTag and Web Ads SDK, pioneering in-browser private ML inferencing via WebAssembly and an industry-first iOS JavaScript bridge for on-device attribution. As the DRI for client-side web tech in LinkedIn Ads he blends product influence, cross-org mentorship, and rigorous privacy/design compliance to ship large-scale measurement, identity, and consent systems. Now at Google he’s focused on server-driven web platforms and agentic generative AI tooling to boost developer velocity and deterministic infrastructure flows. Known for integrating microservices, micro-frontends, and abstractions, he pairs deep frontend craft with system-level thinking that consistently turns privacy and AI constraints into practical production features.
