Top SchoolOmar Alani is a Senior Software Engineer based in Austin with a 15+ year background in .NET development and a recent focus on cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Go. He has delivered production systems across major Australian retailers and public-sector organisations, currently shaping platform work at Coles Group after senior roles at Woolworths and JB Hi-Fi Solutions. Comfortable across full-stack and infrastructure concerns, he blends hands-on coding with leadership as a former technical team lead and long-tenured engineer at LEADTOOLS. An open-source advocate, Omar pairs pragmatic engineering with a knack for migrating legacy .NET systems toward containerised, cloud-first architectures.
