Top SchoolOmar Alhammadi is an experienced drilling professional with 12 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning offshore drilling operations, risk management in banking, and renewable energy R&D. Currently a Driller at ADNOC, he pairs hands-on field expertise with a background in technical assessments, pipeline installation, and compressor systems from earlier internships. He previously worked in Emirates NBD’s Risk Department, contributing to business continuity, compliance, credit and operational risk processes and helping shape risk policies to meet regulatory requirements. As founder of PATRON, Omar has driven technical and economic feasibility studies for wind, solar and marine energy sites, using computer modeling to produce detailed designs and energy forecasts aligned with UAE 2030 and net-zero goals. That blend of operational rigor, financial risk insight, and clean-energy entrepreneurship gives him a rare ability to translate site-level realities into strategic, technically sound projects. Based in Abu Dhabi with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Khalifa University, he is comfortable navigating both industrial fieldwork and high-level project planning.
