Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolOmar Handouk is a seasoned system engineer and Magento specialist with eight years of professional experience building and securing e-commerce platforms and cloud infrastructure from Italy. He blends deep Magento 2 and WordPress development with practical expertise in LAMP/LEMP server setups, Azure scalesets, and Cloudflare performance and security tuning. His background spans hands-on freelance consultancy, leading software teams, and senior engineering roles where he delivered custom integrations, ERP links and platform hardening. Omar also brings blue-team skills in pentesting and ethical hacking, allowing him to design systems with offensive-minded defenses. Comfortable operating across development, operations and security, he’s equally at home shipping Magento customizations as optimizing CDN, caching and server architectures for high-traffic sites. Outside the obvious, his foundation in photography and long-standing freelance work suggests a pragmatic, user-focused approach to product design and UX.
